Many Realtors spend so much time every day
taking care of mundane tasks that they have
little time left to focus on what puts money in
their pocket...namely, helping buyers and
sellers to acquire or dispose of real estate.
And it's easy to get caught up in the
administrative details of the real estate
business. Sometimes it seems like this industry
runs on paper. Plus, there are calls to return,
ads to be placed, escrow details to be
monitored, listing information to be placed in
the MLS, open houses to be organized...it seems
to go on and on.
Many successful Realtors adopt a team approach,
parsing these tasks out to individual members.
This allows the team leader to focus of the part
of the business where his or her knowledge,
experience and skills can be put to best use,
such as getting new listings, working with
buyers or meeting with investors.
But for individual Realtors without a team, it
can be rough. Many are turning to affordable "virtual
assistants" to keep from getting bogged down
in the minutiae of the real estate business.
After all, the more time they can spend on the
important stuff, the higher their earnings will
be.
2 FREE Hours of Virtual Assistant time (after
the first ten hours) for new orders signed by
June 15th!
